Shipping Policy

1. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days of payment. For Pre-Order and Back-Order items, please see item description for shipping times.

2. All items are dispatched from the UK and no import fees/duties will apply for UK orders.

WRONG ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to get you your purchases as quickly as possible so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. 

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information may be subject to a restocking fee and for re-delivery postage will have paid again before dispatch.

You are solely responsible for the information you input into the delivery address, hence why we won't be able to compensate for any errors on behalf of our customers.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

151 TCG COLLECTABLES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.
